Artist Biography

Atsuko Yamamoto

For about 10 years until the age of 17, she studied the basics of drawing and oil painting at the Painting Institute.

After that, although she left the production, she resumed the production while raising children.

Since 2004, she has presided over a painting and modeling class for children.

While studying psychiatry, she encountered Goethe's theory of color and Steiner's theory of color and became interested in it.

In 2006 and 2007, an anthroposophy painter Daniel Moreau was invited to hold a workshop on light and color.

In 2007, she entered the Correspondence Education Department of Kyoto University of the Arts to further deepen her research on the relationship between light and color, which is the theme.
